This is what happens middle of the night when you are too tired to go to sleep.. You just start to do things like this..

Back in da town..
Wow, time really flies.. I got back from Africa, Malawi already 3 weeks ago.. And it was great! Sweet, warm, friendly, exciting.. Many cool and nice stories! Right now I´m too lazy to write them down, so please, if you wanna hear more, give me a call :)
After Africa I spent a week at the confirmation camp in Eurajoki. It was quite hard, but a blessed week. I got also very sick end of the week, and I´m still little bit recovering from that, but I´m also so thankful for God what HE did during that week. How He gave me wisdom and strength all the way during the week.. How I got to speak into those youth lives and pray for them and teach and so on..
My way back home was also quite exciting.
Like I said already, I got very sick. So, I was having a TERRIBLE head ache (almost a migreen) and fever (which I haven´t had for a years) and I had to travel still 5 hours back to Helsinki. THEN, when I got to Eurajoki from the bush where the camp was, I checked my bank account.. And I didn´t have enough money to get back to home..
So, there I was.
Stuck.
Sick, tired and without money - far away from home. Finally I got to lend some money for my bus, but in the b
us I found out that because of the different bus companies, I can not buy my ticket all the way to Helsinki, but first to Turku and from there to Helsinki, and it was more expensive. So, there I was sitting on the 1st bus to Turku and counting my money. And I didn´t know if I should cry or laugh, but I was still lacking 0,70€ :).
I just prayed and asked from God what I should do.. Then He showed me couple girls sitting on the bus - that I should go and ask from them. After some prayer, battle inside of me and creative ideas, I went to the girls and explained my situation:That because I was sick I wanted to take this bus and not to wait 3 more hours and in the bus I found out that it´s more expensive.. And I´m missing 0,70€.. "Could you give me that money, or can I sell you a stamp - I have lots of stamps in my pocket.." Well, the girls didn´t want my stamps and they gave me 1€ :)
So, sometimes God really takes us to the humble place, sometimes we have great possibilities to take some steps of faith and midst of this all: He is always so faithful!!
So, I got back safetly home in Helsinki. My fever was something like 38 and I had even 0,30€ extra money :) God is good and humorous!!
Couple days after that I travelled to Sweden.. Now I´m back in Helsinki and again on my way to Eurajoki and Turku.. Exciting days coming.
Okay, gotta go. :)

Hektisiä päiviä..

Christmas was good. It was so nice to be at home and have a "traditional" Christmas [Last year I was in Malaysia.. Middle of nowhere.. Totally in the bush..] and just spend time with my parents and friends. We had a youth meeting at my home on Boxing Day and the next day I left to Tampere and all the way up to the North: Rovaniemi.
It was quite weird to be in Finland when celebrating the New Year, last time in my home country was 2002-2003.. So, this time I was in Rovaniemi, in the Highway Conference and it was really good!!
Lots of worship, meeting friends, hearing good teaching and so on! God really spoke some things into my life.. He is so good!! :)

And after the Highway I had an opportunity to open my one-room-apartment for some people from the Rovaniemi DTS. They were on their way to Canada to do their outreach and for 4 days I also felt that I´m again in outreach.. It was funny how we managed to settle 4 people and their HUGE luggages to my tiny apartment.. And then there was me of course, so five alltogether.. It was lot of fun and I enjoyed it.. But I have to admit that I also enjoyed the peace and silence when they left.. :)
This week I´ve been meeting lots of my friends too; one of them actually flew from Alaska couple days ago and joined YWAM Koivumäki. That´s cool.

Next Monday I´m going to spend in Turku. We will plan there 'national 24-7 Prayer gathering' , which will be 16-18th of March. I´m excited about that..
Yeah, I´m just so excited about the whole year 2007!! It´s going to be something amazing!
I´m excited what God is going to do this year; in me, through me and in our nation! I´m pretty sure He has some special plans for Finland this year.. And I´m glad to be part of that!
So, be blessed and have a blessed year 2007!!
